The project began on 26 November 2019 with compaction of the site. Civil works were carried out by Eng. Othman Festok and Eng. Wissam Deeb; the steel works by Festok Halp Steel Structures.
In March 2020 the structural members received their first coat of paint in the workshop, and in April 2020 the roof was installed: two layers of sheeting with glass-wool insulation, suited to food storage.
