A project designed and built by Festok Halp Group for Al-Hamashli Trading Company at Al-Mintar near Tartus, on 5,800 square metres. It consists of three warehouses and an administration building; the design dates from 15 October 2018.
The site was planned to use the whole plot, with structural solutions developed around the power line crossing the land and the setback of the public highway. Foundation works began in August 2018.
